It consists of a slow, rhythmic progression of light strokes, and some gentle stretching of the skin. Manual Lymph Drainage is gentle and relaxing, but has powerful effects. By de-congesting our lymphatic system, we achieve a more effective immunity and a healthy body. If there is a large boulder that cannot be removed (large amounts of scar tissue), then the MLD will re-route the flow of stagnated lymphatic fluid around blocked areas to be filtered and excreted out of the body.
